a) we can make sure that there are no broken links and, if there are, we can get them fixed
b) to make sure that there is no inappropriate material being submitted
c) we can standardize the posts and make sure they all follow a set criteria.

Regarding links:
We need 2 links. 1 Link must be a download. The second link can be another download or it can be streaming - like yt or imeem. If you want to add more links - those are welcome. The exception to this would be if it is a person who is established and we know their site is well maintained and the links are not going to be dead soon.
Regarding download link: if you have a zip on your personal site that can be directly linked to - that will suffice. Other than that, you can upload your vids to sites such as 4shared and Zshare.
