Now that Free is complete, what's your next move Andrea? LadyM?

My muse took a nice long hiatus, but now that I worked a tiny bit on the Round Robin Vidding Experiement at SVS, I think it's back and I'm hopefully going to start working on that SPN vid that I abandoned at the beginning of the year. Then, hopefully onto a... Spuffy vid <- I say shock because I'm a die-hard BAngeler (as most of you probably know). But I have a Spuffy idea in my head that I can't shake. It's kind of anti-Spuffy though....more of a "I don't love you, but I can't completely hate you" kinda theme.

I am pretty much a bangel too Crystal, but have made an early Spuffy vid which was kinda poking fun at obsessed Spike. I try not to be influenced by my leanings towards certain characters although I can never say no to a juicy Angel vid - the song is the trigger usually so it could be about anyone.

I hope to finish the reworking of my very first vid 'ViVa Las Vegas' in the next week or so and then I will have to look at the song ideas I have saved. I've nothing that's eating away at me unfortunately. There's a file of tracks that I will play constantly until I feel ready to tackle something. I would love to make a vid about Buffy herself (no pairings) or another 'serious' Firefly one but it never goes like that.

I try not to be influenced either and I watch videos that are for couplings I don't like (Spangel, Spuffy, etc...) because I can appreciate a well made vid any way but it's hard for my brain to not go to BAngel automatically. The ship was so powerful to me (truly, changed my life) that it feels like every song I hear was written about them!

True, to vid it's gotta be a song or idea that I just can't shake. You just kind feel which one you need to do next. At least, it's how it works for me.

I think my SPN vid is going to suck because I'm totally forcing it. But I just can't give up. It's not in my nature.

Very true, if it's the relationship/pairing we know best it is an automatice reaction. I am the same too, although I fight the urge for everyone's sake!

That's where I was with 'Free' for blinkin' ages. It worked out in the end but it will be a while before I forgive it and enjoy the vid. *doesn't hold a grudge*
